Communication, conflict and marital counseling
Depression and anxiety are among the most often diagnosed mental health disorders. Therapy can assist in learning to manage and often alleviate many of the symptoms associated with depression and anxiety.
New health concerns or those related to aging can be a difficult experience. Through treatment, patients can redefine their physical and mental health goals and lessen the risk of depression associated with aging and health concerns.
Life transitions at any age can be difficult to cope with. Transitions such as becoming an empty-nester, entering retirement, being newly divorced, or a change in career can impact functioning. Counseling can help to ease these transitions.
